I booked my annual boiler service and PlusHeat had an engineer slot booked immediately and engineer was out within a couple of days. The engineer himself was punctual, friendly and chatty. New heat exchanger on boiler
It took 2 days as they had to order the part, the part came but was the wrong one so had to come back a third visit. They did leave trying to have it possibly working with a short fix which didn't last but we always had tepid/cold water .
