  Troublesome eaves pointing

  Selling a house and knew the surveyor would be picky. Needs dit doing sharpish and Pat was there, job done to a very high standard ( did it properly despite me not being invested in him picking all the old stuff out ) and had a very reasonable charge. Neighbour showed an interest and he flew and did his as well. Great service and quality and speed - can’t recommend highly enough

  Repairs to chimney

  Finally, we asked Pat to inspect our chimney and decided to also go ahead with the repairs to it. The work included removing the old lead system and installing new lead units with new soakers flashings, raking out and fully repointing the chimney, including removal of weeds and removing all debris from the site. Once again, a professional job carried out, excellent communication and pictures and videos showing progress on the job which we found really helpful. Once again, would not hesitate to recommend PM & Sons Roofing for any job, large or small.

  Replacement fascias, soffits, guttering and down pipes

  Following on from PM & Sons Roofing’s installation of our new roof, we asked them to replace all the fascia’s, soffits, guttering and down pipes. This included installing a new maintenance free UPVC roofline system, complete new guttering system and removing all waste and debris. Once again, a good, professional job carried out, great communication complete with daily photos and videos showing progress of the job. No hesitation recommending this firm to anyone.

  Full new roof

  Pat came around to discuss the job and gave us a competitive price. Our roof was nearly 100 years old and therefore a full replacement was necessary. Pat’s team - Rick, Mike, Balkan and Ivon worked tirelessly each day. They were polite and professional and tidy clearing all debris from the site at the end of each day. Communication with Pat during the course of the week long job was good and we really appreciated the daily pictures and videos showing how the job was progressing each day. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending PM & Sons Roofing to anyone.

  New roof

  We needed repairs to our roof; advised we needed a new roof, and furthermore reinforced roof beams - the work was explained in detail (with photos & videos taken from the roof) and their findings were consistent with the recommendations detailed in the survey we had done when buying the house. All involved arrived early in the morning and worked until early evening, including a Saturday and in freezing weather. All workers were friendly and professional.
