Polarity Home Services is an independent home and property maintenance company owned and run by Jon Michael, with the added bonus of being a registered and fully qualified electrical engineer.
We are proud members of Napit which is your guarantee that any electrical works carried out in your property are carried out by a competent person with the relevant knowledge to carry out the works to the highest of standards. To remain a members of Napit, we are tested every year to check that we have the correct qualifications and knowledge. They also ensure that the equipment we use is up to date, correctly calibrated and certificated.
We offer our customers a wide range of services both inside and outside of a property, small or large, and have been doing so for many years. Changing a faulty switch

EICR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT
Clarified the work involved. Explained if there was a fault that was not safe and needed attention he would have to charge extra to correct the problem.
Replacement shower pump
This world needs more Jon! Called him, came out same evening, problem solved and sorted quicker than we could ever have hoped for. Now we’ve found him, we are never going to let him go – sorry Jon
Cleaning and repairing guttering

Install new bathroom fan
Jon managed to squeeze our job into an already congested calendar and completed at short notice. He sourced a more powerful and quieter fan for us. While on site, he took the trouble to fix our loft hatch and advised on a number of other potential maintenance points. He came across as a skilled and knowledgeable contractor and we would have no hesitation in using him again.
Fit a new shower
Absolutely first class. Brilliant workmanship. Very polite and helpful. Came back later with an updated fuse to install same day.
