Precision Building & Development was established in 2015 however we have been in the Trade for 16 years. Since then we have built an excellent reputation for refurbishment projects across London. We have completed many projects ranging from Full Refurbishments, Extensions, Loft Conversions, Repairs, and Restorations. This includes all Plumbing. We also work with Estate Agents and offer Full Property Maintenance.
Always in search of new challenges, we enjoy working alongside architects and taking part in process of creating. Turning innovative ideas into practice is something we look forward to when teaming up with a designer.
We provide our clients with a professional service and high-quality work that is delivered on time and within budget. Our post-completion maintenance service ensures that our clients are satisfied in the long-term.

Bathroom + sundry electrical works
Patryk, Marcyn and their team are excellent. Works all carried out to a high standard. Throughout, everyone was polite, communicative and efficient. I recommend Precision Building and Development without reservations. You will not be disappointed.
Plumbing fixed, floor replaced and sealed, tiling and installation of shower screen and tray
Our shower room needed a full refit after a significant leak (push fit failed, due to improper installation) It was a relatively small job, so Patryk and Marcin came as saviors as they managed to squeeze our job in between their busy schedule. Plumbing fixed using coper fittings and pipes, floor sealed, tilling and shower installation done beautifully with great attention to details. Very friendly and had working team. First shower at home in months. Happy Family. Thank you.
Remove bath and install shower, part tile bathroom
Very friendly and hardworking guys. Very neat and tidy workers. If we have any further work we will always call on Marchen and Patryk
Bathroom renovation
The whole experience was very professional and punctual: from first point of contact with Patrick regarding the quote, then talking about options /possibilities with Marcin who was always helpful with advice or solutions and the very skilled and precise tiler Vitali deserves a special mention. It made the experience so much less stressful. The fees are reasonable and the work finished as promised within the time scheduled. Very happy customer!
Reinstating floor, tiling walls and floor, installing new bath and decorating
We were very happy with their work. The tiling in particular was a bit complicated (a wetroom floor) and they carried it out skillfully with good attention to detail. They were also happy to advise when decisions were needed, including not just doing as instructed when there was a better option, which I appreciated. We would happily use them again in future.
Full bathroom refurbishment
Very happy with the work carried out. Our new bathroom was completed to a high quality finish and looks as good as (if not better than) the render they were working to. The team were able to find neat solutions to the various challenges that came up; always consulting us where necessary. I would happily use Precision again and am very happy to recomend them.
