Carpet cleaning
Booking the service was easy and straightforward, and communication was good. However, I was disappointed with the actual carpet cleaning. It felt more like a carpet refresh than a deep clean. I understand that some stains cannot always be removed, and I was told this beforehand. However, I was very disappointed that none of the stains or marks were removed at all. I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, and they used stronger cleaning products and techniques that successfully removed stains. Hello, Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. Im pleased you felt the service was easy and communication was good! Why did you not leave 10/10 for communication?! As you pointed out, we clearly communicated to you that not all stains will be able to be removed. This was illustrated to you at the point of booking in the confirmation text message and also when the carpet cleaner arrived. Im glad the carpet smelt better - we use the very best equipment and techniques. I apologize not all was removed but no two stains are the same so you cannot fairly compare to previous cleans.

Excellent service from start to finish.
We are a block of 14 Flats in St. Albans. A food delivery person leaked red sauce from our entrance mat to the first floor. It was an ugly mess. I went to Checkatrade to find a carpet cleaning service. Premier were the first firm I rang. No need to go any further. I guessed right. They made a brilliant job of bringing the carpets back to how they should be. Everyone was very complimentary. On top of all of this the price was very good value. Excellent work
I phoned Premier Carpet at 10am. Kostas arrived at 12.30 and carried out cleaning of living Room and stairs carpets. I am very satisfied with the work carried out. I will definitely use this company again.Job location: MK1910 Carpet Cleaning

Carpet stain removal
Kostas managed to remove the majority of a stain that was deeply embedded in the wool carpet. He explained beforehand that there was a 60% chance of removal. He did a fantastic job and the carpet looks much better now. He explained what he was doing at each stage and why.
