Excellent work
I phoned Premier Carpet at 10am. Kostas arrived at 12.30 and carried out cleaning of living Room and stairs carpets. I am very satisfied with the work carried out. I will definitely use this company again.Job location: MK1910 Carpet Cleaning

Carpet stain removal
Kostas managed to remove the majority of a stain that was deeply embedded in the wool carpet. He explained beforehand that there was a 60% chance of removal. He did a fantastic job and the carpet looks much better now. He explained what he was doing at each stage and why. Kostas was very polite and professional
Kostas was very helpful We have an awkward sofa with some denim colour transferance that has stained the white sofa cushions. He told us that he couldn't say for sure that the stains would come out and was very honest with us on what to expect. He recommended we machine wash a smaller cushion and see how that goes on a gentle wash. Would definitely recommend the care and attention shown to us, especially as we never used their cleaning services.Job location: PE5
