10 Nice guy and a real professional.

Conservatory door lock had failed and would not unlock. I phoned George and arranged for him to visit. Great communication from him prior to visit keeping me updated and when he arrived I was impressed with how he handled the job. His 19 years of experience shines through. Upon replacing the lock he would not leave until he was satisfied that the lock was working perfectly and I mean perfectly, plus I was given explicit instructions on how I should close and then lock the door - there is a right way and wrong way. Spoke to George and explained the problem, he gave us a price and was out to us in less than 2 hours. They fixed the issue and oiled the lock as well and made sure I was happy with the result.
