Windows were too small excessive sealant used, messy and unsightly, damaged my broadband connection, company unhelpful, Gary Warby walked off premises when faced with a number of complaints, he was not prepared to listen and believes he knows more about my property than my family, causing my son to get annoyed and Gary to walk away like a child,he believed the heated argument between him and my son was threatening. They will not return to correct the disgusting mess around the windows and it was of a good standard of installation.L disagree, they would rather return my deposite and walk away

If there was a problem with your installation, we would have prioritised rectifying it as quickly as possible. But, after we last visited your property to inspect the situation, we can honestly say that the installation was done to a good standard. When we tried to explain this to you, our staff were met with unnecessary aggression. However, as you are clearly not satisfied with your installation, we have not asked for the balance payment, and we would also like to return your deposit. We hope you will see this as an adequate resolution.
