  Decorating my new home

  I couldn't be happier with the service from these guys. They treated the place with respect and got on with the job and left the place brand new again. I really couldn't recommend them enough, I'm so pleased with the work and how nice they were.

  Decorating of a wall affected by water damage from a leak.

  Communication was excellent from the start and throughout. They were able to attend at short notice and fit in with times that were suitable for us. The work was done efficiently and well. Initially the damp stains returned, but they were able to come back within days and put on extra coats of paint which has fully covered the stains. I'm very happy with the service in every way and would definitely recommend.

  Painting of nursery

  Contacted this company to paint my spare bedroom which will shortly be turning into a nursery. Work was carried out efficiently and I would definitely recommend. Rates were competitive and good value for money for the standard of work completed.

  We got the whole house Painted and stairs stained + out door painting

  The company initially had reasonable prices but provided poor-quality work. Hiring workers without background checks led to laziness and trust issues. Payment disputes and delays further soured the experience. Stair staining was done poorly, and a commitment to paint the back of the house was broken. Overall, it's not recommended due to a lack of professionalism and quality.

  Firstly, we are saddened to see this review from you, as after completing all the agreed works, it was advised by yourself and your partner that you were happy with the completed works and signed off entirely. We do understand and agree that the works originally spoken about were adjusted, this was due to a number of reasons; both on our side and yours. We feel we provided the adequate care and customer service to you throughout our working time, we carried out a numerous amount of walk arounds with yourself during this project, adding work which we wavered costs on. We were more than accommodating and ensured you was happy throughout the project and at times when you was not, we communicated back and forth with you. We went to and from the property (our logistics manager also attended site) on numerous amount of times to ensure all were up to standards. In regards to your comment about our staff, we can ensure all background checks are made for all staff, in the case you are referring to, the issue laid with the recruiting agency, whom we no longer use. At the time of this, we explained this to you and you was happy with how this situation was dealt with and understood it was not us as a company but the operatives themselves. This operative was duly removed from the project with immediate affect, therefore, to see this comment in your review is upsetting, as this could have a detrimental effect to our company. Anyhow, we do wish you all the best for the future.

  Water Damage Remediation

  We had a significant amount of water damage within our flat due to external blocked guttering. The prestige team were very professional with surveying the damaged areas and we could not be more happier with the end result of their work. We would highly recommend their services and definitely use them for any future works needed.

  Complete internal redecoration

  I got several quotations, and was surprised that overall they varied by a factor of 3. In practice I suspect that the variation was mainly due to how much preparation was going to be done (just crack filling, or something more major) and how much protection was going to be used. In this case there was relatively little protection but that was fine for me, and it must have speeded up the job a lot.
