Stay away from this company!!!!!
Do not use! The engineer come out quoted me £1400 including VAT to take a bath panel off and fix the a leak and put the bath panel back on! Upon leaving my property he told me he had to charge me £2400 as there was more work. At no point doing the work did he tell me it would cost more. He completely damaged my skirting board and bath panel. Received the report said recommendations- at no point did it say the job had been completed. The invoice states their labour fee was £1700?!Spoke to the manger Simon , who was awful and tried to justify their prices! Excellent experience
We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. The engineer arrived on time, was very professional, polite, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The issue was fixed quickly and to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Great communication from start to finish and very fair pricing. Fixing leak under bath, had to freeze pipes but left job unfinished. And ripped me off on price
Company was quick to come out then put me under pressure to confirm a ridiculous price on the work. Had to get it done to prevent further damage, but they left with the job still needing further work which they said they could not do. Found out parts needed cost £5 in B and Q. Rubbish plumber
