8.67 Flat roof repairs after bad builders

Michael and his team came round to give me a quote. Upon further inspection there was more that needed doing as the tiles need re pointing and there were some that had slightly more damage. Also the concrete on the gable was falling away. So far so very good. Climbed up to roof before quoting; actively looked for anything that might be causing issues (I asked them to do this as previous tradesman had simply rejoined and reflaunched ....to no great effect) and identified some which with the photos taken were reassuring. Came on day designated kept me abreast of progress. Took progress photos and cleaned up after.
