Fixed valve on hot water of boiler system
Very clear with communication and prices even honouring a price agreed despite going over the time. Definitely felt this company is not out to rip you off like many boiler companies. Primary plumbing 5* service
I recently had my boiler serviced by Primary Plumbing and was really impressed with the service. The engineer was efficient and thorough, very friendly, and took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, which made the whole process easy to understand. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Leak and troublesome management company. Kai to the rescue!
Kai has been super helpful from start to finish. I had a leak that I have been trying to solve for months, battling with my building management to try and solve the issue. Kai helped me through the whole process including offering advice on what to say to the management company, he then helped me fix the leak and finished the work to a very high standard. Helpful and Efficient Work
I called Kai to help me with a central heating problem and my boiler had stopped. He came quickly and sorted the problem efficiently with no issues or uplift in cost. He even saved me money by using some materials he already had. It’s nice to have someone saving you money rather than trying to squeeze every penny they can out of you.
