Excellent Communication and Aftercare
Last Summer Primefix Roofcare installed a very high-quality slate roof on our cottage. Recently, we had a slipped/broken tile and contacted Primefix for repair. The company responded immediately to our call and the tile was replaced, under warranty, on the same day. Roof leak
Primefix was quick in quoting and doing the job. Unfortunately after removing the tiles the work needed was different than the original expectation but a solution was proposed and the work completed. This meant the quote price did not apply any longer and faced an increase. Quick resolution and very well priced
I recently had a bay window roof that was leaking and two broken tiles that needed urgent attention. The team came out promptly, inspected the damage, and completed all repairs the very same day. They fixed the leak on the bay window roof and replaced the broken tiles with precision and care. Everything was done efficiently, with no mess left behind, and the quality of the work is outstanding.
