  Absolutely brilliant service from Gareth. We had a pretty bad drain fly issue and the team came out promptly, identified the source straight away, and delt with it professionally and thoroughly.   A skilled and reliable drainage engineer with strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex drainage issues. Not only did he resolve the immediate problem quickly and efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by checking all the pipes throughout the property to make sure there were no other hidden issues. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It was really reassuring to see such attention to detail and genuine care for the work being done.   Helpful and reasonably priced.

  Gareth came to sort out a slow draining bathroom sink. He phoned on the way to let me know when he was arriving which was helpful and he arrived within the time frame he had specified. He was polite and helpful, quickly dealing with the problem and was very tidy and clean. He was clear in explaining what he was doing and the cost and he quickly sorted the problem out. I found his pricing to be very reasonable and would definitely use his service again and would happily recommend to others.
