  Rushed the job. Bad quality.

  We hired them to work on our bathrooms for a job they said would finalise within a month. It’s now been 5 months and we still can’t use one of our bathrooms. Attention to detail is not their strong suit as we had to point out several things throughout that needed fixing. The final bathroom was rushed and completed very badly. We’re now having to find someone new to finish the work as we’ve asked for them to come back and were told they’re away for a month. They also built a feature in the bathroom which we had not agreed to and were then told we had to pay extra for it. Ridiculous.

  More than you expect

  Scrolling on Facebook on a lucky night to find out an advert for this amazing people called them they turned up and checked my bathroom and then within a week they magically changed the look of it. Can't tell enough how reliable and efficient they are thanks a lot and we will definitely recommend you ????

  Two leaks, prolonged

  Imad and his team were courteous, responsive, polite and tidy throughout. Unfortunately, the installation took longer than expected, worsened by a leak damaging the downstairs ceiling and cooker hood. Although Imad organised it, I had to bear a cost of a new hood and its installation, ceiling repair and repainting amounting to £800 + the cost of the hood for one leak. Recently, a second leak occurred due to a 32mm waste pipe being improperly inserted into a 40mm pipe with only sealant, causing an inevitable failure. I had to personally address this by fitting a proper connector.

We also removed the rubbish at no extra cost and organized the contractor on your behalf. Additionally, we noticed the presence of mold when removing the kitchen ceiling, which takes time to develop, and we took the necessary steps to rectify it. We hope this clarifies our actions and demonstrates our commitment to providing a thorough and satisfactory service. Regarding the hood replacement, we apologize if there was any dissatisfaction. We replaced it as per your request, and if you provide us with the invoice, we will certainly reimburse you accordingly. Regarding the second leaking issue,all pipes are hidden under the floor. we would have appreciated it if you had communicated directly with us. As you were informed, you have a 12-month guarantee, and any concerns within this timeframe can be addressed promptly. Our team is always ready to assist customers and resolve any issues that may arise.
