Very rude and unprofessional, business put under threat .
I found the engineer’s contact number through Google and contacted him to explain that a new gas meter had recently been connected, but we were still experiencing an issue with the hot water supply. During the initial telephone conversation, he advised me that his call-out charge would be £100 plus VAT. I agreed to this charge and arranged for him to attend the site. Approximately 20 minutes after arriving, he informed me that the pump needed to be repaired. I asked him to wait for approximately 10 minutes while I came over to the boiler so that I could discuss the issue with him directly.Job location: SG410 Gas Boiler Servicing / Repair
