Cardiff Prokil - Highly Recommended
We had some damp issues in our home and we reached out to our local Prokil. Andrei came out to survey promptly and provided a report with costings which were very competitive. When working, the team were professional, friendly and very polite. They worked very hard and were conscientious of how the work affected us and took precautions to protect our furnishings and us from the noise and dust. Nothing was a problem for them and when other work was required they were capable of carrying it out. I have to give a shout out to Mihai, who is a brilliant tradesman. No care or consideration to your property.
I chose Andrei based on the positive reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The property was not properly cared for during the works. Dust spread throughout the property, paint was pulled from the ceiling, plaster was left on newly fitted doors, kitchen plastering was unfinished, and the flooring was damaged after appliances were moved. I understand plastering is messy, but basic care, protection and clean-up were lacking. Although some issues were rectified and a small reduction was made, further door damage was found after payment.
