Survey carried out then mould treated, 2 extractor fans and 3 passive air vents fitted
Drilled through electrical cable and didn't advise me, only found out through the tenant. Put in 2 different extractor fans to those advised in survey. 1 passive air vent was smaller due to them taking the easy option of using a current vent. Was left for several weeks without communication as to when they were returning to put right the loft ducting which had been installed using the existing incorrect ducting which would have left water sitting there. 1st complaint to the director not dealt with satisfactorily and subsequently I was ignored by directors, their contractor contacted me.

Damp proof and the change of ground level subfloor air vents to telescopic air vents
Prokil is excellent with Jo and the boys helping to fix the problem in a very efficient way. And one of the skirtboard was attached to the underlying tile so it couldn't be put back. After we bought the skirtboard, Poppy came and put it back very nicely. Thanks a lot for your help.

Damp survey and rectification
Surveyor came and completed an depth review of our home. They were professional and courteous and happily answered all our questions. They provided a comprehensive report on how to address the rising damp issue within our home. They provided A fair quote and the works were completed within weeks. We are extremely happy with the result abs the service they provided. It’s a relief to have it completed.
