Damp Survey and Works
Prokil provided us a wonderful service - they came out to do an initial damp survey on our property followed by a further invasive survey on one room. Their technicians are incredibly professional and helpful. They came out over multiple days to ensure the work was carried out correctly! Furthermore the admin and operations team are wonderful with communication and tried to fit us in as quickly as possible. Our team at Tunbridge Wells has undergone Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB) training provided by the Property Care Association (PCA), so you can be safe in the knowledge that you have an expert inspecting your home.
Damp and timber surveys undertaken by our Tunbridge Wells branch are chargeable*, this fee is held on account for 6 months against any survey undertaken and is then deducted from any work undertaken by Prokil Technicians within that time period. We can also carry out homebuyers surveys.
