  Completed a fan element repair on my oven.

  I contacted the company Out of hours on a Sunday. On Monday Stuart called to say he could attend and have a look at the fault. Within an hour he had diagnosed and fixed the issue.

  Oven check

  Had a great experience with Stuart who was so lovely and checked all was working ok with my oven. He even explained how to check for things going wrong and was so lovely about it, not man-splain-y at all. Will definitely have him back for anything in his remit. Thanks!

  Range oven check

  Stuart was absolutely lovely. He was prompt, showing up early, and he was precise! Funnily enough there wasn’t anything wrong but he checked everything methodically and taught me how to look for issues myself. A really lovely guy and if I ever have other jobs in his remit I’ll definitely go back!

  Positive reviews are so much easier to write

  Sadly they were unable to repair the dishwasher. A new pump was suggested after two unsuccessful visits. Both charged for the same issue. Fixed expertly by the Manufacturer technician. Have used in past but never again

  Hi Ms Myzor, We are sorry you were disappointed. Our engineer removed debris from the circulation pump restoring the machines functionality both times. On the first occasion we removed glass and on the second occasion we removed a build up of food. We advise you to take care when loading the dishwasher ensuring that it’s not overloaded to lower likelihood of breakages and to clear all food from the plate. A third visit was needed due to another blockage. As advised, faults stemming from misuse aren’t covered under warranty. We are always more than happy to help if you call again! Carl

  Fridge Freezer repair

  I would highly recommend Stuart for any repairs. Sadly our appliance was beyond repair but not for want of trying on his behalf. He even offered to help us get a new one into our house if needed. Communication was excellent, he fitted us in really quickly and no charge for a repeat visit to fit a new part.
