Highly Recommend - Great Service
Excellent services throughout. Good communication and overall brilliant service. Ashton came out to look at an issue raised on a part exchange survey that highlighted high moisture content in a wall caused by a possibly water leak at the back of a shower. He carried out the survey, took readings, and rather than recommend expensive remediation work, told me that there was nothing wrong with the wall. It was great to have a honest discussion with a tradesperson that meant I did not need to spend a fortune to get the wall fixed. They are efficient and cost effective
I was happy with the speed at which Proofterior responded to my enquiry and their ability to complete a full flat survey within a week. Fast, efficient, 25 year guarantee.
They were able to fit my job in for the next day. One man. Reseal an annex flat roof. Fortunately no rain. The job was completed in a day as agreed. Happy with the roofer and the work. Not the lowest quote, but comes with a 25 year guarantee, which I wanted. Other companies offered no guarantee or 3 years. Great communication
