A top firm who knows what they are doing
A very professional and reliable company. I had some major damp proofing and remediation work carried out at my property to resolve a rising damp issue. Brian he was meticulous with his survey and his approach to resolving my issue. He recommended a solution that was pragmatic and was based on his many years of experience. His operatives (Joe, Stefan & John) were very professional and took care of minimising disruption and mess. They protected the property well whilst carrying out the work, keeping us informed at every key stage. I Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. Rising damp control, excellent workmanship and care for the customers home
The work carried out on my home by Property Care Services was to eliminate issues with rising damp in external walls. We have had work of this type carried out in the past by different contractors and experience with them has ranged from horrendous to very poor so I am able to give a fair judgement on the quality of workmanship and indeed very importantly " customer care". From the moment that John the tradesman from PCS arrived on site it was clear that he was a competant caring tradesman, every aspect of his work was exceptional, I would highly recoment this company to anyone. 10 out of 10Verified reviewerJob location: EN410 Rising Damp
