  • Leaky Roof Repairs

    John and the Pro Resin team have carried out roof repairs at both our home and our business premises in a timely and efficient fashion. They have been professional and courteous at all times, keeping us informed of the works taking place and the timescale involved. We are happy to recommend this company.

    Repair failed. Independent survey took copious and close up photos and his report stated that in his opinion it was "very poor workmanship" and, "that the house owner should refer the work back to the repairer". The insurance rep' thought it "shoddy work". Despite numerous requests to return to the property, Mr Jakeman has cancelled giving either "poor weather conditions", "fully booked". "Not working in that area this week" or "illness". He doesn't answer my phone calls nor reply to my last email. I am currently in the process of contacting the CAB to have this company checked out.

    John from Pro Roofing was quick to reply to my request for a small repair to a bay window roof but when he went to look at the job and quote saw further damage that I hadn't seen and sent photos of the damage and included that in the quote. Two days later both repairs were carried out and more photos sent of completed job. Really impressed with be the service and most definitely would recommend.

We are a local Newquay based business with over 30 years experience in the industry. We specialise in felt and fibreglass flat roofs and all roof repairs. We also undertake general building work associated with water ingression, i.e. plastering, re-boarding. 

All of our new work is guaranteed: we are fully insured and aim to offer a quick and thorough service.
