    Amazing service- highly recommend!

    I can’t praise Oz at Protherm enough. He is really thorough and knowledgeable, genuinely cares and has always gone the extra mile. Have used him several times at a couple of different properties and he has always resolved the issue efficiently, professionally and promptly. I’ve recommended him to several people and they have all been impressed with his service.

    Gas safety certificate

    I required Gas Safety record certificate for a buy-to-let property which we requested Oz from Protherm Plumbing & Heating to undertake for us. Not only did Oz complete the job, but he also went above & beyond and checked over the whole property for us to ensure there were no other defects or issues which could cause us problems.     Boiler service, Hive thermostat and power flush

    We asked Protherm to carry out a number of jobs at our house, from boiler service and power flush, to installing and moving radiators and also installing a new Hive thermostat. Oz and the team were very polite and friendly, they were punctual and completed all of the work in the agreed timeframe. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the house was left clean and tidy, and the price represented good value for money. Will definitely use again, highly recommended.
