Prompt and professional installation - very impressive.

Installed air con in three rooms in our house. The installation team were excellent (Jack W and Adam J), they were punctual, and courteous. All work was carried out very professionally and the place was left clean and tidy. From our initial contact Protocool were very responsive, the survey and installation were carried out within 3 weeks.

Superb job! Excellent service and communication from start to finish. The installers Jack W & Charlie P and the electrician Stuart were all very professional, friendly and respectful of our home. They did a very neat job and left the property as they found it. Highly recommend.

Jack W, Adam J and Harrison M were punctual, polite and very professional. They did an excellent job and the office staff were also very prompt and efficient. The surveyor was clearly very experienced and planned the installation with the minimum of external trunking. I would highly recommend this company.
