  Track and trace water leak from en-suite show.

  Joe and James have been extremely professional and were quick to identify and fix source of water leak.They also helped replace a faulty stop tap underneath the kitchen sink. I will highly recommend Joe and his team and will definitely re hire them for future jobs.

  Excellent service

  Joe did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. He was reliable, professional and friendly from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and carried out the work to a very high standard. He was also tidy and explained everything clearly before getting started. Really happy with the service and would definitely use Joe again in the future. Great plumber and a genuine pleasure to deal with.

  The shower in our bathroom was leaking and water was running downstairs

  Joe was really responsive when I put details of the job out, asked all the right questions to ensure he could give us an accurate quote. He was flexible on timing as between us me and my husband are working most days but Joe was happy to work around our schedules (which many wanted to add extra charges for.). Would highly recommend, Joe was friendly &easy to communicate with. He was respectful of our property and took all his rubbish with him which was appreciated. I trusted he knew what he was doing and he got the job done, would definitely use him again. Thanks Joe

  Shower Repair

  Shower fixed, would recommend and will re use!

  My shower handle stopped working and I was unsure how to fix. Joe offered to come and try and fix it on initial call out whereas other plumbers quoting on Checkatrade were only offering to take a look on first call out and not fix until a second visit, plus suggesting to replace a part which I suspected didn’t need to be replaced. Joe was pragmatic and honest and came and fixed it without needing to replace the part. I appreciated the fact Joe didn’t try to over complicate the job/create a bigger job for himself like some of his competitors clearly tried to do. Will definitely reuse.
