  Unreliable

  I had used Kieron before to clean the outside walls. After a couple of years, the walls needed doing again. I contacted Kieron who cleaned the walls. After a couple of months, one part of the wall was turning yellow. I asked him to come and touch it up. He said he would swing by but he didn't. Today, I noticed that that part of the wall is now looking very discoloured.

  Hi Eve, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the appearance of part of the wall. Discolouration can sometimes occur over time due to underlying surface conditions or environmental factors, which are beyond the cleaning process itself. I did say I would try to stop by to take another look, and I accept that I should have followed this up more clearly. That said, the work was completed as agreed, and the issue developed some time after the clean. I take reliability seriously and appreciate you raising your concerns.

  Exterior PVC, Windows and Conservatory deep clean

  Kieron arrived promptly as arranged and worked diligently and professionally to undertake a deep clean on all exterior PVC, windows and hard to reach conservatory, including a gutter and fascia repair on the day. Communication was superb. Kieron is friendly and goes above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service. We will absolutely use Purefection again.

  We couldn’t be any happier with the service provided from purefection. Provided us with a very professional and friendly service. . First of all he did a patio treatment and clean and Our patio now looks like new again He then did our whole house as the render was looking tiered and dirty we were contemplating getting the house re-painted but now there is no need as Kieron managed to do such a good job, just like the patio it can up like a new house. He also did an amazing job on our gutters and soffits. Highly recommend. Thank you.
