Squirrel down chimney
Absolutely brilliant. A squirrel fell down the chimney and ended up in the wood burner. It was terrified and so was I! Neighbours tried to help but none of us knew what to do. I rang Steve, who was reassuring and helpful. He came to the house late in the afternoon and tried to get the squirrel out, but it kept darting back up the chimney. He finally rigged up a trap and returned first thing next day to remove the squirrel. It was a relief to find someone so calm and professional - he knows what he’s doing and he’s patient and thoughtful.
