Promise to come round to fix the issue but been waiting two months and ignores your calls
I had work done by this company, and they explicitly stated it was backed by a 3-year guarantee. However, just a year and a half later, the algae has already returned. I have been chasing the company for nearly two months to rectify the issue. Every week they promise to show up, but they never do. Their customer service after receiving payment is incredibly poor. Fabulous roof clean
