  New boiler and room in the roof on free eco

  R&m come an fitted new boiler and cavity walls they were really polite and tidy they were really good lads would recommend them even when cavity wall was getting blown not one little grey ball anywhere

  Reliability

  Very unreliable firm - arranged an appointment for them to provide a price for installing central heating and boiler. They didn’t turn up for the appointment.

  I believe this negative feedback is unfair and miss leading as we booked an appointment with the customer between 13:00 - 15:00 on the 23/02/2022 and said we would confirm the appointment through email, We then sent an email to the customer at 14:37 22/02/2022 with no response , On the 23/02/2022 the appointment date we then phoned the customer numerous times with no answer to confirm the appointment would still be going ahead as we hadn't had a reply to our confirmation email, Due to the customer not answering our multiple failed attempts to confirm the appointment we deemed it not necessary to attend the appointment as the customer had already sorted the job and no longer needed our services. We even tried contacting the customer after the negative feedback as a goodwill gesture. We were willing to give them the service at a reduced cost but this attempt was unsuccessful.

  Fitted new free boiler

  R&M fitted new combi boiler under free scheme with loft and floor insulation also. 5 stars all around from phoning the office to the lads coming to do the job as well would highly recommend

  Fixing the ignition

  Quality service the ignition on the fire wasn't work, Rob came round and fixed it asap. Efficient and quality service would highly recommend

  0% Worcester Boiler

  We needed a new boiler so we called R&M Facilities Management and they came out quickly and within the time slot to provide a quote for a new boiler the lad that came out was very professional and took our requirements into consideration, He discussed all the options that would suit us and we decided on a Worcester boiler, we decided to spread the payments on there 0% Finance plan. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant a nice set of lads very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Would Highly Recommend. THANKS R&M!!

  Commercial Catering service and boiler repair

  Rob came out to my bistro in west derby village to service my commercial catering equipment and also repair my boiler . He was very friendly and very competent at his job 5 * guys!!!
