  New boiler fitted

  From start to finish, this company was excellent. Liam came to assess the job, and explained in language I could understand, which boiler was suitable for me. Fran did the job. He covered my carpets, he was very tidy and cleaned up after finishing the job. Both of them were polite and friendly, as was Gill in the office. I am 74 years old, and often wary when i need work doing, but I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.

  Awkward boiler fitting

  Our boiler is located in a tricky location in the stairwell. After being knocked back by iHeat who were dishonest about their reasons for not wanting to take it on and then another gas engineer let me down at the last minute, Rapid Response came to the rescue. Well priced, courteous and thorough. They checked the boiler location wouldn't invalidate warranty. As well as registered the warranty. They made every step of the process a breeze. Well worth the money.

  Full central heating system

  I've just had a full central heating system installed by Ben and his colleagues. Job was completed in a day to a good standard. I just left them to it! Trustworthy guys so nothing broken or stolen ( you shouldn't leave workmen in house usually) Ben is a really chilled out guy and his dad is the same! Decent people, hard to come by to ve honest. I've had alot cowboys from Blackpool unfortunately so I've been burnt in the past. A few trust issues with tradesmen. I would recommend these guys. Ps the price was very reasonable too so you can be assured not to get ripped off...wit woo!!

  Toilet leak

  Once again the team at Rapid Response have proven to be extremely responsive, reliable and courteous. My mom had an issue with a leaking toilet, they came the very next morning, investigated and set her mind at rest. I can totally recommend them, just brilliant. 10 stars!
