Identify type of insect as harmless (looked very similar to a rare dangerous insect)
Sent a query regarding an insect found, whixh looked very similar to the Kissing Bug, which carries a dangerous parasite which causes the potentially fatal Chagas disease. Despite very similar markings, the bug was identified as a rare, but harmless to humans insect. Exceptional value for money, they're a small, local company but go the extra mile. They were really cautious when resolving the problem, really easy to talk to and knows what he's talking about.
