  Home alarm system replacement

Just had Rob remove our old alarm system and upgrade to a new Ajax system. As ever Rob was helpful throughout the whole process, explaining each step. Once installed Rob took the time to ensure we knew how to use the alarm and its app as well as showing us how to tailor the system to suit our specific requirements. Communication prior to the visit was excellent, all of Rob's work was tidy and the final bill matched the quote apart from some extras we asked for once he was on site. Rob will be servicing our system in the future, as he did in the past and I would not hesitate to recommend
