  Clear advice and quick responses - great service

  Rob followed up a query about alarm installation very quickly and arranged to go through options. He really clearly explained what could be included and sent the quote with no hard sell. The communication and quote was a lot better than the company I had been using for several years and it was easy to decide to switch over. Installation day was easy to arrange and he went through where sensors could be placed, even making sure that he could cover what would have been gaps in the paintwork when the old sensors came down. He was very reassuring about any contact if I had later questions

  Replace non working exsisting alarm.

  From the start, Roberts called for a quick discussion on the job. He came down, went through the whole alarm. It was a wireless solution, which was exactly what I needed. (Don’t get me wrong, I did my due diligence as I always do, as I am always sceptical. He was one of 3 people I was looking at, and I checked out the alarm system he advised. So, I went ahead with his quote. On the day, he was on time, and he got on with it. The system is app-based and straightforwa but effective. I also have plenty of upgrade options should I ever need. Would I recommend Robert…Definitely!

  New Alarm fitting

  You can see why Rob gets such fantastic reviews! He is very passionate re customer service and that shows in everything he does and in his knowledge of alarm systems. He fitted our new alarm, updated me on what he was doing and went through its operation in a very clear manner - told me to call him if had any questions. He was a great find as a pleasure to deal with - old fashioned customer service ! Thanks Rob and be recommending you if asked!

  Design and install alarm system to large 1920s house.

  Rob, is very knowledgable, professional and a very tidy worker. Rob did a survey, design and install. He supplied me two written quotations, both received on the same as his survey. When it came to installing the system he was punctual and carried out the work quickly and efficiently, tidying up as he went along. He then spent as much time as my wife and I required in setting up the app and going through the different functions. Once he left you would not have known he had been - the place was spotless. I would not hesitate in offering Rob’s services to my family and friends.

  Alarm installation

  We learnt of Robert from our neighbours who recommended both him and his work following their alarm installation. We were equally pleased with our installation. Robert is friendly, highly knowledgeable about the product and installed the whole system to a high standard within a short space of time. We can only recommend his services wholeheartedly to any prospective customers.
