James arrived on time to deal with a very large wasp’s nest in my front gutter. He fully investigated the problem and treated several places of entry the wasps were using. He explained to me how this would work. Having mentioned that I was finding the occasional dead wasp indoors he climbed into the loft to check for a nest but found no problem. At all times James was extremely polite and took the time to explain each stage. The wasps had disappeared the following day and have not returned. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is experiencing a problem with wasps.
