  Skip hire.

  Hired a skip for domestic use. Having used the company before I trusted them to use their service again. However this time was the complete opposite. Upon collection, the driver of the lorry knocked our wall causing the top corner to fall down. Initially the company were great, the drive called to notify me personally a number of times and once in contact with the office I was told that they would send someone to fix the wall. This all sounds great however this was 3 months ago and after multiple times of trying to contact them there has been radio silence. Disgusting customer service.

  Hi. I have replied to your original email regarding this feedback. The MD went to her house, and tried several times to call her - there's no option to leave a voicemail. She never returned our calls, and when we didn't hear back from her we assumed she did not wish to proceed further..... we then received an email from her afew weeks later, expressing her 'disappointment' and 'disgust' , and immediately tried to call her (no answer, no option to leave voicemail). So we emailed her, and she got in touch after a couple of days. We advised that we had tried to contact her, and had been to her house etc. We reimbursed her for the damage, with a bit more - and assumed this had resolved it, as we've not heard anything since....!!!

  Delivery of sharp sand and Mot Type 1, and two grab lorries for waste.

  Excellent service, very well priced. Guys are very helpful, giving great advice on options for delivery (bags, grab, loose). Could deliver earlier than all other suppliers too!

  Skip Hire

  We hired a skip for the renovation of our kitchen. Both Dan and Jess were extremely helpful and polite. We wanted the skip to be delivered between Christmas and New Year. Unfortunately this was this was not possible due to Christmas closure but they delivered prior to Christmas and only charged us for the normal two week hire duration. Our kitchen fitter then asked if we could extend the hire by a week and this was not an issue. The kitchen fitter we used has even taken the number for Recycle Southern due to how accommodating they were with us and the price. Highly recommend.

  Easy and supremely efficient booking with charming staff. Truck and driver spotlessly clean and tidy, driver took such care and attention to detail as well as being polite and personable. An absolutely exemplary company to have done business with.

  Fantastic provision of skips for our building project (currently 8 months and counting), organised by both the builder and ourselves. Great communication, prompt delivery/collection and always happy to answer any questions.
