    Excellent repair of bifolds

    We had problems with the bolts on our bifolds. Ygor came and found that the runners were not engaging properly so firstly repaired this. The handle for the bolts needed to be replaced and these were ordered. Although they came the next day it was late so Ygor came on Saturday and finished the job. Finally, he also repaired the lock on the door of the bifolds. All together a very fine job with bifolds now working like new. A very efficient, personable and practical fixing of a complex job. Also mention of excellent communications with the office who kept me updated all through the job

    Promptly response by Lena who booked the job in. The engineer arrived a couple of hours earlier than scheduled but this wasn't a problem and completed the work thoroughly and professionally.

    UPVC Windows Service you Dream of but seldom get.

    Service you dream of getting but rarely do. Ever since the very first call to ask for a price the service has been fast, efficient and friendly, and at a great price. I asked several window companies for quote, (half couldn't be bothered). Lena was keen from the first call to do the work, but never once pushy. When they came to measure up, I could immediately tell they were doing a much more thorough job than any of the other firms I asked. Literally at no point was anything too much trouble.
