Loose Hot & Cold Shower Taps Emergency Repairs – Excellent Service
I would highly recommend this company. On Saturday our shower hot and cold taps suddenly came loose & water started gushing everywhere, so we had to turn off the mains water. Two plumbers came out on Sunday to inspect the problem, identify the taps & gave a fixed quote for parts & labour. They returned on Monday to remove the damaged parts & fitted temporary valves so we could have water back on while waiting for the replacement part. Using WhatsApp made everything much easier as we could send photos. Investigated and observed the cause of a leak under bath.
Very grateful for the job carried out by the team. They arrived later than planned but gave me good notice and an accurate ETA. After a quick look into the issue Valentine gave me an estimate of the time it would take and reminded me of their hourly rate. He also let me know he would need some parts but he knew an inexpensive shop nearby. After grabbing the parts he gave me a receipt of the purchase so the cost was clear.
