  Absolutely appalling attitude, inventing issues which didn't exists, original quote of £300 inflated to £3500!! was rude and aggressive threatening also looking around in my back garden garage for??

  I rang to get a quote for some repointing to a chimney stack. They answered the phone straight away and said that they would go round later that day to check what works would be required and then give me a price. Seemed nice and polite on the phone.

  Brand new roof with breathable membrane and roof tiles, lead flashing around chimney.

  Came across this company by chance and out of the five quotes was the only company that went up on the roof to have a close inspection. The price was competitive in the fact they have there own scaffolding with definitely saves the pennies. The work was carried out with very little mess or disturbance. I was always informed of progress, when materials were getting delivered and they stuck rigidly to the price, no upfront cost, paid when I was happy job was completed. Well done chaps.
