  Victorian Terrace Restoration

From the first site visit to completion of the works communication was excellent. The house had previously been painted and this was professionally removed with care. Full lime mortar repointing and restoration of stone throughout the facade was attended to with skill to recreate original features. Regular progress reports and advice given. Highly recommended firm that will work with you to achieve a great result at a fair price.

  Repointing

Ritchie helped me with some repointing work on my new house. He was very easy to communicate with to organise the work to be done. The work was carried out on time with clear and helpful communication thoughout. The end result was so beautiful and a massive improvement. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

  Fantastic Service and Finish

Ritchie and his team were fantastic is repointing my sandstone property. Ritchie was very informative of the whole process, and the team did a beautiful job. I've had family friends, who have had Grade 2 listed Sandstone properties, have commented on the exceptional work on the repointing. I'll be scheduling them in again for my next elevations.

  An outstanding property makeover!

Richie and the team at RG Property Restoration Services have done an amazing job on the back elevation of our Victorian terrace in Gosforth. They removed the unwanted paint finish and then completely repointed the entire facade with lime mortar. They undertook several repairs as they went, removing cement from the face of the bricks, restoring a brick corbel and replacing some poor quality repairs from the end of the twentieth century. The transformation is incredible. It is worth every penny. The team were so hardworking, friendly, approachable and experts at their craft. Highly recommended.
