Called out for emergency as we were trapped in the house.

Key left in home and door locked
My key is used to turn the lock hardly. I am always thinking of replacing a new lock. Yesterday I left the key at home and the door locked. Joe arrived punctually and solve the problem immediately. When I asked him should I replace the lock because it is hardly to turn, he explained to me the problem is not about the lock, it is about the door frame. Changed porch, front and back door locks
Booked Joe in to change 3 door locks and a upvc window mechanism, he arrived on time when he said he would, was very thorough, clean, tidy and informative throughout the whole job. Bedroom window wouldn't open
Joe attended at the time agreed and managed to get the window open using specialist equipment. He then advised me of the broken piece went away to purchased the item and then came straight back and fitted it so the window is now fully functional again. All completed in around 2 hours.
