  Kitchen ceiling was leaking.

  Richard did a very good job in a quick time. Unlike others, he took his time to find the issue and explaining it to me. Followed by sorting the issue. Arrived as promised and did not charged additionally for emergency job like others. Highly satisfied and will surely recommend.

  We had a problem with a dripping mixed tap. Richard was able to sort things out despite hiccups along the way. Very flexible on timing, very pleasant and an extremely reasonable price. Great service.

  Leaky Toilet

  What can I say? We had a leaky toilet at work, and Richard was brilliant from start to finish. He arrived exactly when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue, and it turned out to be a bigger job than we initially expected. He sourced the parts, came back the next day, and completed the repair within a very reasonable timeframe. His communication throughout was excellent, the quality of his work was outstanding, and he’s a genuinely friendly, trustworthy, and approachable guy. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. I was so impressed that I’ve already got him coming to my home

  Richard responded with his information. He was clear about his hourly costs and more importantly wasn’t pushy at all.. He continued to correspond with us and supported us to get the right equipment equipment needed Richard completed the job in the time it specified and to a high specification He was very polite, and I would highly recommend him
