  No flush to toilet

  Taps fixed on bathroom sink

  Richard was very helpful, the fix wasn't straightforward as one of the taps had become welded to the basin with decades of rust, but he found a way to get both of them working again!

  Fit new kitchen tap

  Richard took me through the options including renewing the glands. It was obvious that he knew his stuff and I was happy to go with replacing the whole tap which he duly did, keeping my tenant me up-to-date on progress. A good experience, thanks Richard.

  Replacement of a shower mixer and boiler filler loop

  Richard was very helpful. We discussed the work and he recommended what did and didnt need doing. The work was on a tenancy flat and Richard liaised with the tenants directly. He came up with excellent solutions to the work needed and carried them out very professionally. He was easy to contact and replied quickly with quotes and invoices. I will definitely use him again
