There were no messing about. Everything was done as Murray said when we first met. They have really done a great job and we are extremely happy with the end result. Also, I must state that we ended up paying less than the original qoute as the extra tiles that we thought we needed was not needed after all due to the skills and expertise of Murray and his team.
