Richard picked up our request really quickly, very easy booking process and very informative even ahead of the work being done. Richard sent Ryan to complete our job, Ryan is really friendly and super tidy! He showed up on time, completed the work to a brilliant standard, and even tidied up after himself. Very pleased with the job - 4 inset bathroom lights and a new extractor - changed old light fitting as I was concerned that it wasn’t steam proof. Extractor now does what it’s mean to, rather than the original that came with the house, which wasn’t fit for purpose! Lounge wall lights swapped for new fittings All left clean and tidy. My upstairs lighting and bathroom fan stopped working, Richard was quick to get in touch. On the phone he was friendly and professional. Despite my vague description of the problem, he quickly identified the fault and fixed it. He also explained precisely why the fault had happened which was a nice touch. I would recommend to anyone.
