Emergency response to rectify a central heating controller for a OAP.
Called Richard to see if he could help my father with a broken CH and HW controller. Father is in Devon I live in Oxon. Richard said he could pop around that afternoon. That is what he did and fixed the problem. Saved me a 400 mile round trip and returned warmth the my father’s home. Great job and thank you.

Fitting new sockets and fixing fan
Richard was really professional, knowledgable and helpful from my first call with him. He worked efficiently and we were really happy with the work that he did for us. He has also actually helped us since when I text to ask his advice on an electrical question which we really appreciated, would highly recommend to anyone in the Devon area

Private house upgrade, kitchen fit and rewire
Brilliant attention to detail, communication and quality of work. Richie was particularly good at understanding our priorities and constraints including working around other trades who were less flexible and understanding. I would recommend Richie to anyone undertaking similar work.

Rewiring of much of my house, including full safety checks, new consumer unit and earthing.
Richard Pratt Electrical Services gave us excellent service with safety and meticulous attention to detail shown at all times. Richard was extremely careful and tidy with our rewiring work in our house. Excellent attention to detail, listening to our needs and and understanding our costs. Wiring that was deemed safe was carefully tested while much of my downstairs sockets had to be rewired. We had a new consumer unit and earthing replaced. Careful finishing, so we are very happy with the exacting results, which gave us confidence. Very trustworthy so we would highly recommend this business!
