  Communication was good

  The Ridgeway Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd team completed the work in just a few days at a very reasonable price. While removing the old flat roof, part of my kitchen ceiling collapsed, but they were quick to support us with the rebuild and finished the job to a high standard. Communication was good. They were responsive and kept me updated throughout. I’d hire them again.

  Highly recommend.

  Arron and Eddie were brilliant - we had water coming through the ceiling and they were on site within 2 hours and fixed it within an hour. great guys and would highly recommend.

  Chimneys Repair

  Poor quality workmanship

  In February Ridgeway Roofing & Maintenance Ltd replaced the lead around our chimney which was leaking. We were away at the time so selected the most expensive quote hoping for a quality job. Recently we had our roof retiled only to find the quality of the work Ridgeway had done was so poor that it all had to be replaced. I could not invite Ridgeway to repair their work as it wasn’t possible to have 2 contractors on site and besides, I had no confidence that they could do a better job.   Extremely professional.

  Arron and his colleague were extremely professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with from the start to the end of the service. I had a leak on my roof and Arron talked me through the different options of resolving it, gave a timeline of how long the work would take, costing, and was overall was very thoughtful and meticulous with the work carried out.

  Happy and satisfied with the result.

  I had lots of issues with my roof in the past few, i had to get few quotes for full replacement, Ridgeway Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd expert was very honest with ́me and their quote was great. I done the roof through thé and i am absolutely happy and satisfied with the result.

  Professional and extremely helpful from start to finish.

  I had my flat roof done a couple of weeks ago and Arron and team were so professional and extremely helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much for them and they did a thorough job and I would thoroughly recommend them for any roof / guttering jobs. They left the place clean and worked so hard and my flat roof was completed in 2.5 days. Thank you so much 🙏
