  Excellent and efficient service from a small family business at a sensible price. We discovered a very active wasp nest, the wasps were entering our bungalow underneath a small distortion in the lead flashing around our boiler flue. I called Roo and she arranged an appointment for a visit to suit us which was very kind. Shane arrived the following day and fully explained what he would do to exterminate the wasps. After dealing with the nest from outside our home - he did not need to enter - the following morning there was zero activity from the nest. Thank you Shane and Roo .

  An incredible service from a really friendly family run business that take great pride in what they do. I really could not recommend enough. They were absolutely determined they would not leave until the problem was completely solved.

  Absolutely fantastic service from this family run business. Really focused on making sure the vermin are properly and safely removed permanently. Every part of the family are involved and they show real pride in making sure the problem is dealt with. Really cannot recommend enough.

  Neutralising a Hornets nest.

  We had a Hornets nest that unfortunately had to be neutralised because it was close to our bathroom window. RIDTEK responded promptly to our Checkatrade inquiry and an appointment was quickly and easily made. They arrived as arranged, explained about Hornets, talked through the process and carried it out. They gave advise and explained about their results guarantee which is included in the price, but wasn't needed. Their emailed invoice with billing and payment details was clear and easy to follow. A quick and easy process from start to finish. Job done. Thanks RIDTEK

  Wasp nest removal

  Absolutely amazing company! Shane came out early the following morning that I enquired and the problem was dealt with really quickly. Shane was very friendly and super helpful, he also offered further help if the problem persists! I would definitely use RIDTEK again if we have any issues in the future, would recommend to anyone! 😊

  Rat problem

  I would have no problem in recommending Ridtek, there communication and response to my enquiry was first class. We had a rodent problem and Shane was able to sort the problem after a number of visits. Each visit made was followed up promptly with a report. First class service.
