    Happy customer

    I’ve had the best engineer to service my boiler been having my boiler serviced for years Anthony P is 10 out of 10 the last time I had it serviced the engineer told me I wasn’t getting much hot water because the boiler was old and that was that this year I had a different engineer Anthony P he has fixed the fault and my water is hot very happy customer

    Really positive experience with the engineers who repaired my boiler. Richard was excellent — professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. He replaced the heat exchanger, expansion vessel and PRV quickly, then returned to resolve further issues (PCB, gas valve and burner) and made sure everything was fully working, including bleeding the radiators. He also kept me informed throughout and took ownership of the job, which I really appreciated. Also a big thank you to Jack in the office for helping organise parts and keeping things moving. minor issue was that the office phone busy

    Brilliant customer engagement

    Neil came to service my boiler and although I live in Petersfield arranging the service and getting it done was very smooth. From the time I called Domestic and General to the point where they got a Rightgas engineer to come and efficiently deal with the boiler, I felt their willingness to help.

    Replacing ignition switch

    Replaced ignition switch but then damaged the main heating unit. Switched off the boiler and wrote a report stating engineer damaged a screw, not stable and will replace the item. 3 weeks later no hot water, 5yr old boiler and ignored the request from the insurance company D&G to repair the item. Engineer lied stating it was a 12yo boiler. Its a new build property.

    Boiler repair

    We booked the Engineer with Homeserve and they sent an engineer from Rightgas, they came on Friday 11th on time at 10 am and within 15 minutes he said that condensation trap is leaking and has to order and he shut the boiler down and turned the gas off . I offered that this is a tube and a plastic box in the end and I can get this local stockists and he said no they don’t work this way . He was very quick in shutting down the boiler . He said he will let us know when he can fix it next week sometime. After several attempts to call the company and finally they told us it could be in 5 days time

    Thank you for the feedback. We were contacted by Homeserve on the Thursday evening and arrived at the customer’s property on the Friday morning. When we looked at the boiler we soon realised it was dangerous and needed to be capped off. We then had to order a part and said we would have to book back in to fit it. Over the weekend we were notified by Homeserve the job had been cancelled and we are not sure of the reason. We are sorry to hear the customer feels they have had a disappointing experience with us and we are happy to listen to any of the customers concerns and address them if they wish. Please may I ask all our potential customers to look at all our other reviews and see how much we pride ourselves on our workmanship. Rightgas would like to wish the customer all the best for the future.

    Emergency repair to boiler.
