Reliable and professional service
Richard of RKW explained what was required on an initial visit and provided updates as to the available replacement radiator, it's cost and estimated time for fitting. Richard arrived on time and is someone you are comfortable having in your home, which is important for us. Central heating flush and new mains valve

Central Heating SOS
Despite not expecting to work yesterday 23rd December 2024, Richard answered our SOS as our Central Heating had stopped. Richard immediately diagnosed and repaired a faulty airing cupboard flow valve and within the hour all was working. As pensioners, my wife and I really feel the cold so we are so so grateful to Richard for going that extra mile. We have used RKW for a number of years now and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber in the West Herts area. RKW Plumbing and Heating is a well established family run business which has over 30 years experience with in the plumbing and heating industry.
We are based in Berkhamsted and cover the following areas:
Tring, Aston Clinton, Hemel Hempstead, Chesham, Gaddesden, Dudswell, Potten End, Northchurch, Wiggington, Pitstone, Ashridge and Aldbury
We carry out general plumbing and heating work from dripping taps to full boiler system installations.
All of our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and fully qualified.
