Replacing floor due to leak

Did not show up
Took the day off work, moved all the beds and furniture out of the rooms. Should have met up at 9:00am. Received a call at 8:50am asking to reschedule. Herringbone floor
Very poor all the edges where not straight broken apiece of floor in the middle but when asked about this he said I did myself which I was so upset that he knew he had done it and made a mess if the edges and taken my money, white abrupt and said he had a family to feed. .Said he would call back but had no reply from this guy.
