  Fully tiled bathroom walls, installed bathroom suite, flooring and towel radiator

  Such a friendly skilled and professional service. Cannot fault the finish and workmanship of our new bathroom, we are over the moon. Lee was very reliable and so easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone and wouldnt hesitate to use again.

  Remove existing bath and shower

  We used Robson and Son Bathrooms when looking to remove the existing bath and electric shower, replacing with a large walk in shower running off mains water and make good the existing tiling. The finished bathroom is fantastic and we are extremely happy with the result. Their professionalism and quality of work is first class and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Installation of 2 bathroom

  Unfortunately Eric and his son made an error in applying tiles to one of our bathroom. Rather than admitting to the error, committing to making the work correct they left the job in complete. This was a real shame as all other work was immaculate. I’m now left to finish the job myself and have had to buy more tiles, sealant, grout and tools for the rectification of an incomplete job.

  In Reply to the negative feedback we have received, I would like to say we have never left a job unfinished. On this occasion we completed two bathrooms with the tiles and suites that the customer supplied. At the end of the job the customer was not happy with the finish of the black grout they had supplied in one of the bathrooms, and how it had stained the tiles. As a gesture of good will we returned to take off the said tiles made good the walls and retiled all at our expense, we informed the customer that they needed to set before they could be grouted, but because of our work schedule we couldn’t get back immediately. In less than two weeks since retiling we have received this negative feedback from them. As a company we have never let a customer down you only have to look at our past comments to see that.

  Make 2 rooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, into 1 room with a free standing bath and a shower

  Excellent service and workmanship. Very professional and experienced and incredibly helpful and friendly. Always going that one step further. Can't recommend highly enough, so pleased with the end result.

  Installation of new bath and shower screen with tiling and installation of new basin and toilet

  Lee did an beautiful job with an attention to detail that you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else. He is also extremely knowledgeable and sorted out a couple of other issues for us, including a water pressure problem that we didn't think could be resolved. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
