  Easy to contact and discuss the job before hand. Arrived exactly when they said. They were courteous and friendly through out the work and discussed what they were doing. They found out that they could carry the job out slightly differently to how they had quoted over the phone which saved money, which was greatly appreciated.

  Advising us there is no need to replace the whole thing, just do the lock barrels with new keys. Explaining clearly what he is going to do before starting. Ensuring we are happy before leaving. Very pleased with Dave’s work.
